What Happens When You Request Deletion?

Once your request is confirmed, we permanently delete your account details, assessment responses, generated reports, and any files connected to your profile. Aggregated or anonymized insights that cannot be linked back to you may be retained to maintain platform accuracy and security.

How to Submit a Request

  1. Email us at [email protected] from the address associated with your account.
  2. Include the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and provide your full name, the email used for login, and (if applicable) the organization that invited you.
  3. We will acknowledge receipt within 3 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days unless additional verification is required.

Verification & Exceptions

For your security, we may request additional verification before completing the deletion. Certain records may be retained temporarily to comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, or resolve disputes. We will notify you if any information must be kept and explain the retention period.
