• Do not redistribute assessment content or generated reports without permission.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• We may suspend access if we detect misuse, unauthorized access, or violations of these terms.

3. Intellectual Property

All platform content, including the Hartmann Value Profile methodology, interface design, and generated reports, remains the property of their respective owners. You are granted a limited license to use the platform for its intended purpose.

4. Limitation of Liability

The HVP platform and assessment outputs are provided “as-is” for development and informational purposes. We are not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the site, the assessment results, or third-party integrations.

5. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms to reflect improvements, new features, or legal requirements. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notices. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
